It’s almost a pleasure to bring in a vehicle for service at Jessup, it’s so well handled. Yes, it’s actually a necessity, of course, but one that’s always well taken care of by a very competent service staf at Jessup, it’s so well handled. Yes, it’s actually a necessity, of course, but one that’s always well taken care of by a very competent service staff, from service desk to garage and back again. And, the valet travel service Jessup provides through Lyft and Uber makes it easy to accommodate in almost any circumstance. That, and the reasonable service rates, especially for regular service checks, means my primary vehicle has lasted far longer than I ever expected, and, frankly, I would likely stick with GMC in any case just to accommodate continuing service with Jessup. More

The app said 30- 1hr max on waiting . Took 4hrs. When I got there they told me 2hrs.. it actually took 4hrs. I was there from 8:30am-11:30am .. had I known I would have just gone for co Took 4hrs. Daniel was terrible with communication after vehicle drop off. He was so hard to get ahold of. Lots of miscommunication between the techs and Daniel, and I felt like what we were told wasn’t accurate. Ron wa off. He was so hard to get ahold of. Lots of miscommunication between the techs and Daniel, and I felt like what we were told wasn’t accurate. Ron was much better at communicating with us. We appreciated Ron’s efforts and assistance.
