Scheduling has always been a blast with a courtesy loaner and my service advisors Dan and Mark have always prioritized my convenience while keepings me informed in a respectful and prompt manner. As with probably all dealerships, the prices are not the cheapest but they're still comparable and it comes with a hassle-free Mini guarantee. Buying a car is always easy but keeping a customer happy with a 5 star service is an ongoing effort people at Mini of Ramsey apparently take very seriously. The dealer fixed my two soft ware glitches. Plus through inspection, they found tire rot on right front.
