Dan is a great guy who understands the issues at hand. He always tries to make things happen as they should - if something goes off the rails like our tire fix did. Great place. I felt that there was a lack of communication. Daniel never once called to give the status of the vehicle. I had to call. I simple phone call or text or email ( which is all on the paper work) to Daniel never once called to give the status of the vehicle. I had to call. I simple phone call or text or email ( which is all on the paper work) to give and update would of been appreciated. I had to call several times. I brought the vehicle in on Mar 7 and it was not completed until March 18. It was not until 3/14 when I called and was told of an issue in the Lackland where the parts are from. I also know there is another one Jacksonville that mostly would of provided the part. Also they did not close the hood of the vehicle properly when they completed the work, so I drove it home with it partial latch. Shotty job on the the service department. So at it is mostly I will never return to have any work done on my vehicle. More

Unbelievable excuses for not catching tire wear after 3 rotations. Ruined the whole set of 4. Ball joint was out never caught it.
