This is my second purchase through Phil Wright Toyota & I was once again very pleased with my service. Yeng was kind enough to step in and assist me while Adair was out of the office. She allowed me to test was once again very pleased with my service. Yeng was kind enough to step in and assist me while Adair was out of the office. She allowed me to test drive a vehicle that was within my price range and she was willing to work with the Finance Manager, Antonio to get my payment options without running my credit. Adair was able to assist me in wrapping up my purchase by allowing my to do a final test drive and wrap up the paperwork and purchase process. I took my car in for maintenance and to have the tint fixed that was not applied correctly when we purchased the car. The repair was going to take time, they gave a car to use and said it would ready in fixed that was not applied correctly when we purchased the car. The repair was going to take time, they gave a car to use and said it would ready in the morning. They called me that evening and said I could come get the car in the morning. I got at the dealer and it was not ready. I had to sit and wait 4 hours to get my car. I'm not happy with this dealership. They didn't clean the windshield. More
