I brought my car in to be serviced. After about a week in the shop they called me saying a loaner had just been returned and I could pick it up if I wanted to. After two days of driving After about a week in the shop they called me saying a loaner had just been returned and I could pick it up if I wanted to. After two days of driving the loaner they provided, I went to put something in the drivers side door cup holder, and saw a small plastic bag filled with a pink powder substance (resembling drugs). I immediately called Jaira (the employee who gave me the loaner) and reported it to her, along with sending a photo. She said "omg that's crazy" and said she would tell her manager the next day. Two days later I picked my car up and requested to speak with a manager, Jaira said there was no manager available. Andrew (a manager) then asked what was going on. He had nothing to say. They told me my car was ready, and when I got in, I saw they left a box full of random car parts in my back seat. Andrew called me after leaving, and told me he was going to call me on Monday with an offer before I decided to report the dealership to corporate. I never got a call on Monday, so I found another managers contact information on Google named Johnathan. I emailed him regarding what happened. He called me and his first response was "Did you return the box of parts?" As if that was the main issue at hand, not the fact that they provided a loaner car that had a bag of drugs in it. He went on to tell me that I had no proof there was drugs in the bag because I didn't test it. This place is a joke and has no regard for customers or the services they are providing. I didn't want to get anything out of them but for them to actually take the situation serious and take accountability for their negligence. Not a single person there cared about the fact that they not only exposed me to an illegal substance, but also could have put me in legal jeopardy. If you want to risk getting charged with possession of drugs that you didn't even know you were possessing, this is the dealership for you. Side note, they also put completely wrong information on my service records documents, and when I went to get it fixed, I was told I had to come back at 7:30 in the morning for THEIR screw up to be fixed. After the end of my 2021 Jeep Cherokee lease In May 2024 I bought off the vehicle. I financed the buy off, never received appropriated documents, the dealership claimed the title got lost already at the be I bought off the vehicle. I financed the buy off, never received appropriated documents, the dealership claimed the title got lost already at the beginning of the lease, 3 1/2 years ago because it had been send to the wrong bank somewhere in Texas. In July I moved from NY to NJ, therefore had to change my car insurance to my new NJ address and intended to transfer the registration immediately to NJ which I couldn't because the dealership could not provide me with the necessary documents. The NY DMV threatened to suspend my registration and drivers license because I had no valid NY state insurance anymore. After hundreds of attempts to reach a responsible person at the dealership and the financing bank Viviana Trivino (she works in the title department) called me explaining the situation and promising to take care of it to solve the issue. That was in August. Shortly before the deadline of the DMV I drove an hour and a half from NJ to the dealership to turn the car in and cancel the buy off contract, because the dealership failed to fulfill its obligations. On that day I was able to talk to the sales manager Andrew for the first time (I left him multiple voice mails, he never responded), he offered to issue a temporary registration expiring 10/23. Today is 10/22, since 10/15 I reminded Viviana Trivino that an extension of the temporary registration needs to be done if the necessary title documents have not been received by then. She promised on 10/15 that she would FedEx them to me in due time, just today she responded that they would be in transit. She could not provide me with any additional information (tracking number, etc.), I assume that she lied to me and did not take care of the issue at all. Tomorrow I'll drive again to the dealership, this time I'll leave the car, I have prepared a document that needs to be signed by the dealership proving that I turned in the vehicle in and in addition I will call Yonkers police to be present as a witness. I will subsequently cancel future payments with the financing bank and engage a lawyer to get reimbursed for all disadvantages I had during this nightmare. More

The service center is only available Monday through Friday from 730a-1030a. Not sure about you but I have something called a 9-5p (which is a job!). Without it I wouldn’t be able to pay for my brand new lease which by the way doesn’t work as it was intended. Within the first week of purchase I’ve complained to my sales rep and she recommended me to visit the service center which are by far the most unprofessional workers I’ve ever encounter. They questioned me as if I’ve never driven a car. Questions like if I’m pressing the breake correctly, if my car had enough gas. Anything to discredit my claim. They’ve loaned me a filthy car filled with dog or cat hair. No offense to animal lovers but I do have kids who suffer from asthmatic issues. The second car had chocolate stains almost everywhere In the car. My second time picking up my “new” car from the service center, after it was dropped off three (3) days prior it was brought to me already on with a big message on my head on display stating there was a low tire pressure. When I went to speak to the service advisor, he claimed I must wait 3hrs to get a nail pulled out. Four (4) weeks straight and I’m still dealing with this horrible nightmare. Take my word, go anywhere else, not here! More

Okay buying experience terrible service department. From a buying stand point the experience was good buying my used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee but was quickly changed. When the night of driving the jeep From a buying stand point the experience was good buying my used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee but was quickly changed. When the night of driving the jeep home found a crack in the side mirror promptly reported the issue and got assurances that it would be fixed but the crew at the service department changed that. From the service advisor that setup an appointment but when i got their no one has a clue why I was their, to the service and parts director Dan Oliveri who said and I quote "Nothing ****** going on that car" he is correct their I have a Jeep, so in conclusion their sales staff may be great but the experience is ruined by the service department. FOLLOW UP So After speakign to the owner (Jonathan Grant) of the dealership who was much more reasonable and appoligised for my experience and slso wanted to fix the problem but the damage was already done by the service department. I will be using Whiteplains Jeep dealership who after hearing this story is changing the mirror for me at dealer cost. More
