Called yesterday to inquire about the TRD front skid plate and your price is $200 above MSRP. One Toyota offers the same item at MSRP. Also, your quote for installation of the Miller Cat catalytic protection plate was more than twice what Miller Cat says is customary. This is due to the fact that your parts person says drilling holes into the frame is needed. Miller Cat says he’s wrong, which is odd since Miller Cat is the one Toyota recommends. Overall, my experience with Downtown Toyota is negative and I won’t be returning for service or future purchases. More
