I have purchased a vehicle in the past from this dealership and had a pleasant experience, so I returned years later for another purchase. This time around has been different. I went into inquire on dealership and had a pleasant experience, so I returned years later for another purchase. This time around has been different. I went into inquire on a used vehicle, and trade in value for my vehicle. After my visit, I had 5 different people from the dealership calling, texting and emailing me DAILY for a couple of weeks before I made my decision. I made the purchase, and came back within a few days with a few questions regarding the vehicle - emailed, called and text THREE employees that helped me along the way INCLUDING the sales manager. Not a single person will respond to my questions or help me any further. I guess they got what they wanted, and don't care anymore. I am highly disappointed with the service I got this time around. More
