I recently purchased a used certified car from LIA Honda of Albany, Our sales man was JP and the Sales manager was Dan. The car we purchased had a scratch on the fender that they could not get out at the t of Albany, Our sales man was JP and the Sales manager was Dan. The car we purchased had a scratch on the fender that they could not get out at the time of pick up. They told us we would need to schedule a time to come back in when a certain repair man was there. This was all documented in my paperwork. Mu wife brought the car back up to schedule the appointment and the sales manager Dan tried to tell her it would damage the car and make it look worse if they tried to repair it. I have called several times and have not received any calls Back. This dealership completely lack integrity and seems to operate on bait and switch techniques. I have requested my money and old car back but I have not received any response. BUYER BEWARE. This dealer is not a good one. More

I received a call from JP who advised the sale value and I confirmed twice that this was the price if we just sold no buying a new car he confirmed twice yes. Well I said we needed some time before we can come back but consider it a deal. My father had passed away later the same week. Imagine my surprise today when my son and husband showed up with the title and were told no that was for trade in only. I have bought many cars from Lia and was planning on a new Infinit but now Lia has lost my business for life. I know it was an upsetting time for me but I clarified with JP to be sure. I will not purchase or give one more penny to Lia More
