This was my first time to use the City Limits Nissan service department and I had such a great experience. The work was completed on time and to our satisfaction. Their pricing is fair, too. All the employees we communicated with were very professional and seemed genuinely interested in helping you. My vehicle was under warranty when i had it towed to dealer. Tow bill was $310. I owned the vehicle out right. Had blue title in hand. While the vehicle was being worked on , under warranty, I sold the dealer. Tow bill was $310. I owned the vehicle out right. Had blue title in hand. While the vehicle was being worked on , under warranty, I sold the vehicle to another dealership. Now Nissan is telling me since i no longer own the vehicle they would not reimburse me the$310 for towing. Hmm. I owned while being towed for warranty work. How does this make any sense???? Please can anyone explain? More
