I was very disappointed and frustrated at the time and energy that my brother and I had to go through to get to the truth. We were lied to about the brakes being at a legal limit to sell the car. Had I not taken the car to my own mechanic, we would have not know that the breaks were at 2 millimeters, not the legal 3 millimeters. Also, there was oil leaking from some gaskets that obviously, your inspection team missed. Even though the leak was fixed, I still had to go back to my own mechanic a second time to be sure. I probably wouldn't have purchased the car, but I was worn down and needed a car. Not only was I lied to, but I never got an apology and we had to beg to get a couple of extra bucks off for our time and energy it took to uncover the lies. I will not shop at Jennings again and I will share my story with other potential shoppers. More
