After having some horrible experiences from other dealerships and being denied not due to bad credit for having ghost credit I lost all hope on finding a car.. Than I rode with a friend to get her o dealerships and being denied not due to bad credit for having ghost credit I lost all hope on finding a car.. Than I rode with a friend to get her oil changed at Maus Nissan of brooksville.. Didn't even go there to buy a car and than Frank Gomez walked out and listen to what I had to say I even told him the other last a week before hit me with 11 hard inquiries in 1 day that I wouldn't be able to get a car and didnt want to waste his time. He said let's just see Crystal it can't hurt and explain I had 8 days from when the other lots ran my credit I was on day 7 and there wouldn't be an impact... In 30 mins he came back out and said I got approved and I was in shock because I had already given up... Frank beyond kept his word even took 3,500 off the car got my payments 200 bucks cheaper than my budget and he didnt stop there he spent an hour helping me find car insurance that would fit me to and all under the budget I had set aside just for the monthly payments.. The other lots I went to felt like they were taken advantage of me and made me feel like all my accomplishments ive achieve were pointless (buying a car should be a happy moment in life). Frank and Maus Nissan made that moment for me in less than 3 hours I was driving home in my new car ... Happiest moment of my life ( hope my kids dont read that). I didnt feel like I left with a car i felt like I gained a family. I can not say Thank enough to Frank and maus Nissan you will have my business for life . Daniel was our sales professional, and he was wonderful. He answered every question we had. He took us to the SUV we were looking for. We picked out the one we were interested and then I saw the Dark Armor He answered every question we had. He took us to the SUV we were looking for. We picked out the one we were interested and then I saw the Dark Armor Rogue and wanted to see that one too. It was perfect! Exactly what I didn't know I wanted until I saw it. Daniel explained the differences between the two Rogues we were looking at. We decided the Dark Armor was everything we wanted in a vehicle. After filling out all the paperwork and receiving our welcome auto package. Daniel took us back to the car and went over the controls until I felt comfortable. Once I was ready, he let me take off in my shiny new SUV. The next day, I received a call from Daniel to find out how liked my SUV and answered any questions we had since knew we were taking the Rogue to T.I.A. that evening. The Rogue drove so well. We were very surprised and extremely impressed with Nissan and Daniel. He made sure we were happy and satisfied with the vehicle. He even showed me around the building, so I knew were to take my SUV for maintenance. I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever experienced such exceptional customer service. Dan made us feel so comfortable and like we were part of the Maus family even before we signed the papers. My husband stated he was very impressed with Daniel's knowledge with the SUV. He truly is a "keeper". Maus Nissan is now my go to for vehicles from now on. More
