Maus overall is an ok dealership. Drove an hour away solely because of low priced advertised vehicle. Sales person unprepared, & wasn’t aware of advertised price, then continually gave wrong answers & set expectations that dealership couldn’t, or didn’t honor. Trade in value was good, but then offset by mandatory add-on package. Didn’t realize until 3days later they never returned our drivers license to us. After 4 phone calls to them I finally get confirmation he had our drivers license. I would’ve thought we would’ve received a phone call from them stating this the next day when they opened. So after 100 mile round-trip, tolls & two hour road trip, we get our license. No apology nor kind gesture. I guess Sale was made, no further courtesy extended. Nice. More

Bought a used truck with no warranty…tested it . Drive it home and noticed a sound coming from the front end . It would be nice if someone from the dealership could take a look ….without charge. The reason I bought the truck from a Maus Nissan and not another dealership.
