Daniel was our sales professional, and he was wonderful. He answered every question we had. He took us to the SUV we were looking for. We picked out the one we were interested and then I saw the Dark Armor Rogue and wanted to see that one too. It was perfect! Exactly what I didn't know I wanted until I saw it. Daniel explained the differences between the two Rogues we were looking at. We decided the Dark Armor was everything we wanted in a vehicle. After filling out all the paperwork and receiving our welcome auto package. Daniel took us back to the car and went over the controls until I felt comfortable. Once I was ready, he let me take off in my shiny new SUV. The next day, I received a call from Daniel to find out how liked my SUV and answered any questions we had since knew we were taking the Rogue to T.I.A. that evening. The Rogue drove so well. We were very surprised and extremely impressed with Nissan and Daniel. He made sure we were happy and satisfied with the vehicle. He even showed me around the building, so I knew were to take my SUV for maintenance. I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever experienced such exceptional customer service. Dan made us feel so comfortable and like we were part of the Maus family even before we signed the papers. My husband stated he was very impressed with Daniel's knowledge with the SUV. He truly is a "keeper". Maus Nissan is now my go to for vehicles from now on. More

Daniel Utrobin walked over to us, he asked what I was looking for, and I told him, we went inside to his office for a few minutes, after that, he took us outside to show me a Nissan kicks, I took a look at it, but it was a bit smaller than I wanted. He said he was going to pick a car he thought I like. I fell in love with it as soon as he pulled up with a 2018 Nissan Rouge. We went for a drive, and at this point I knew that would be the one I was buying. I’m very happy with the choice Daniel chose for me. He is an excellent salesman. More

Sales reps were good to deal with. Not such a good experience with the vehicle I bought. I purchased a used vehicle that had a check engine light come on the day i purchased and has be Not such a good experience with the vehicle I bought. I purchased a used vehicle that had a check engine light come on the day i purchased and has been at the shop every day since I have bought it. Day one they claimed it was a misfire and replaced all spark plugs. That day was unsuccessful. Day two same issue, returned it to the service center and claimed it needed an adjustment and additive. Also unsuccessful. Day three, now I’m not happy. Claims to be a few codes and need to keep the truck while they give me a loaner. All and all, I’m not very satisfied with the supposed 106 point inspection that was claimed to be done when I bought the truck. Not a good experience thus far and only having the vehicle 5 days. More
