This one is much simpler and quick. Daniel, the salesman, calls me about a car I inquired about. I explain I am interested and want to talk numbers but to call me back the next morning as I had some important business that day. I don't hear back, which is no big deal, as we all get busy. So the following morning I reach out, and he tells me the car is sold and leaving tomorrow morning. Imagine working with a dealer who just screws you like that. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
