Daniel Zamora in the service department was the gentleman who helped me with setting up of the maintenance of my Veloster and the 3 recalls. He was an excellent communicator with costs of maintenance and the who helped me with setting up of the maintenance of my Veloster and the 3 recalls. He was an excellent communicator with costs of maintenance and the extra problem I wanted fixed. He also kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and that it was completed by the approximate time Daniel told me it would take. Unfortunately, one of the recalls could not be completed due to two faulty parts, which had to be re-ordered. Danielle informed me it would take approximately a week to receive these ordered parts which were received exactly as he told me. Daniel called and we set up a time the next day and the car was even completed earlier than expected. My only complaint in the whole process was the exorbitant amount of $200.00 for @ diagnostic test when a year ago I was informed exactly what the problem was, ($2.00 plastic ring and removal of steering wheel to fix) along with the cost without any diagnostic test. This was a ripoff. The quality of work is to be seen as time goes on. As far as Daniel, he is definitely an asset to your company. More

I have taken my 2017 Sonata to Gettel for since I initially purchased the car. The service has gone downhill and just sitting in the waiting area, the discontent from others there all saying, they ar initially purchased the car. The service has gone downhill and just sitting in the waiting area, the discontent from others there all saying, they are not as good as they used to be. The add-ons for bogus extras the service dept wanted to charge me was criminal. I will never have them do another thing to my car other than an oil change which seems difficult enough for them to get right. Since service writers and technicians benefit from charging a lot for repairs, there seems to be a huge incentive to charge whatever they can to get those numbers up. This is one customer who has lost faith in this Gettel dealership. More
