Very unpleasant experience.
I got home after dropping off car received a voicemail to call back because supplies were not available. Returned call about 1 pm and left message,
I got home after dropping off car received a voicemail to call back because supplies were not available. Returned call about 1 pm and left message, no call back. Called back about 2:30 again no reply, finally reached service tech about 4:30 and was told again no supplies would be available for several days. I said I would pick up car the next morning,
I arrived at 11am to be told, “oh I should have called you. Car has the doors off, won’t be ready till 3:30 pm. Then 10 min later car was going to be T ready in an hour. And it was.
Very disappointed in the service. I will return to have recalls fixed, but that is it!

As you noted, we are currently a ways out on service loaners as we are one of the largest Volvo service centers in the state, and as such, loaner availability can be tight. I also wanted to help clear up some misconceptions for you, and anyone else considering Volvo, regarding what is and is not covered under maintenance and warranty. Two items NOT covered by warranty, or your 3 years of complimentary maintenance, are tires and brakes, among other wear and tear items. If you would any further clarifications about what your coverages are, please reach us back anytime we'll be happy to help.
