We leased a vehicle with a defect that came to light less than a yr into the lease. So far we have been waiting 55 days for the vehicle to be repaired. The dealer takes no responsibility for the problem with the vehicle or obtaining the part to fix the vehicle. Their answer - we have to talk to the manufacturer. They directed us to the Jeep Customer Care Service and guess what - the Jeep Customer Care Service doesn't care either. We even sent a certified letter to Jeep's main office and guess what - we do not receive a reply. Sure they are great with selling/leasing the vehicles but that's where the service ends. Very disappointed and frustrated with this Dealer and Jeep. Would not and do not recommend them at all! More

Their customer service was impeccable and they literally helped me achieve my dream of finally owning a JEEP Wrangler. Literally did everything over an email with Michelle Ryan and it was just the BEST BEST dealership experience I have ever had. There was a problem with my navigation system that I did not catch until I left and unfortunately I live about 1 and 1/2 hours away from the dealer, Darryl tried to accommodate me as much as he could for me not to drive back and forth but in the end my navigation was fixed thanks to the lovely Daniela. Everyone is SUPER nice and just the customer service is 100%. The dealer itself was nice and clean also. More

Pleasantly surprised I purchased a used pickup and they stayed past closing time to get the truck ready for me. I had a low tire pressure sensor go off on the way home bu I purchased a used pickup and they stayed past closing time to get the truck ready for me. I had a low tire pressure sensor go off on the way home but the tire appeared fine. The next morning I had a flat and got some air in it before going to work. I called later and Shane said they would take care of the leak. Made an appointment with the Sercic Dept. for that afternoon. about an hour later the service manager tells me that there was something wrong with one of the front tires and that they would take care of both of them but could not get it done that day. They gave me a loaner and I picked the truck up the next afternoon after work. I did not ask for, or expect 2 new tires. Very much appreciated. More
