While he was exceptionally helpful with my first choice that brought me here, he also went out of his way to make sure I found what I was looking for and comfortable with instead of just pushing to make a sale on anything he could like so many other dealerships/salespeople. He was patient, honest about what he knew and didn't about specific vehicles, sought out the info I needed if he didn't know, didn't try to BS, and even unexpectedly responded to messages on his off time when I wasn't looking for one until a following g business day. When he wasn't around he made sure another equally helpful sales person knew what I was about, and the support staff was just as helpful. When a subtle deficiency was found on my desired vehicle, they went out of their way to make sure it was made right as fast as possible. I ended up switching my entire target purchase midway through the process and it was as seamless as tho0ugh I had walked in knowing exactly what I wanted the whole time. I am never a person to recommend people lightly, but I endorse and recommend Dom and World without reservation. As a point I even brought my fiancé, who is even more a stickler about people then I am, and she is making a purchase as well. More

Mike Fein and Bill Morgan were absolutely the best! Mike is a great guy and salesman! They were both extremely helpful and honest with no pressure! I would recommend anyone looking for a quality truck or car to go visit them at their store. Unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience with my prior car at a DIFFERENT dealership and this erased all of those experiences. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was polite and very helpful with any questions. I really have to give the 5 1/2 stars out of 6! Thank you guys So much for everything! Bill Morgan was extremely patient and informative while showing us the cars capabilities! Again I can’t say enough positive things about Mike and Bill. It means a lot to us, the honesty, politeness and overall professionalism of these two and their dealership! I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Meant the world to us! Amazing response I must say I am impressed with Carmen , the manager in the service department as well as Daniella for "falling on their sword". As many of us are no I must say I am impressed with Carmen , the manager in the service department as well as Daniella for "falling on their sword". As many of us are not perfect and we all do make mistakes , this was that situation. I received a personal phone call from Carmen who apologized for my experience and had a good explanation as to why it happened.... he also wanted to make sure that this would never happen again. As far as Daniella , even though a mistake had happened and may not have been entirely her fault, she was very pleasant and helpful during my time there. I will be returning for sure! More
