low pressure sales people this is the second car i purchased from World Jeep , there is never high pressure sales tactics involved when you buy a car from World Jeep in Shrewsb this is the second car i purchased from World Jeep , there is never high pressure sales tactics involved when you buy a car from World Jeep in Shrewsbury N.J. there is no back and forth with the vehicle price or your trade , you get a fair price for your trade was very satisfied with the price of my new vehicle. they didn't have the vehicle i was looking for on their lot ,however my salesperson Chris Ryan located a vehicle with my necessary options in minutes and had it delivered to their dealership the next day. when I picked up my new vehicle Bill Morgan went over the car to set up phones ,explain navigation ,etc. Mike DAiello is the sales manager that made you feel very comfortable with doing business at World Jeep. The most impressive part of doing business with World is the service you get . I live in Staten Island NY and have no problem traveling to World for service , over the years i have dealt with Daniela Ferreira or Tom Papa they go out of their way to help me with any problem i ever had. World Jeep, et. al. is the 5th Chrysler Dealer I've tried since buying my vehicle in 2009. They're definitely a keeper. My A.C. is finally fixed! I don't know why the other 4 dealerships' service people couldn't find the problem, I'm just elated that World Jeep a) fixed ut, b) had a courtesy car available within 3 days of my call, & c) are the nicest, most honest & genuinely caring out there.
