Great all around so far! I bought a certified used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Allan Chapman from World and he worked with me and did everything he could to make me feel lik I bought a certified used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Allan Chapman from World and he worked with me and did everything he could to make me feel like I left there exactly how I planned to. Kristen from finance was a great help as well letting me know about financing options as well as warranty info. I declined warranty and followed up to get more info the following day and she emailed me back very quickly to answer my questions. After leaving I got on the highway and pressed the brakes and had a lot of vibration which made me pretty upset. So I immediately called Allan back and he asked me when I wanted to bring it back in to get it taken care of. I was happy that I was able to bring it back as soon as it was convienet to me. So I picked my date and went to the appt where I had the pleasure of dealing with Daniela. She was fantastic and addressed all of my concerns and got everything I needed fixed at the time. Also, the young driver that shuttled me to and from the gym while I waited for my car was very pleasant and polite. Unfortunately, something else seems to be wrong with the vehicle for which I called and scheduled and appointment for which is a bit of a nuisance but they scheduled me for a loaner car which makes it better. I still have it 5 stars because even though I have had a few problems with the actual car it is a used car but they are doing everything they can to suit my needs and make me happy. I will recommend this dealership to others, as well as use it myself in the future. More
