Excellent service Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2012 and was drawn to the dealership service by their offer of $29.99 oil change. Now with almost 70,000 Miles I have Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2012 and was drawn to the dealership service by their offer of $29.99 oil change. Now with almost 70,000 Miles I have not missed an oil change (still $29.99) or a scheduled maintenance and as a result my Jeep still runs like it was brand new. The dealership service department is quick and easy to work with, is on top of all recalls and warranty work. Daniela is friendly and knows her stuff. (Congratulations on the new baby) I moved out of town about a year ago but still bring my ride to World Jeep service as it is a pleasure to do business with them. More

Daniela got me setup and was clear about re-checking the purpose of the appointment, verifying the service coupons were in place to get the best price, and then verifying no other work was recommended or required based on my last service and current mileage, she also validated recalls were up to date, which they were. Was in and out as expected within the time frame expected with clean Jeep as well, excellent overall customer experience. More
