Good Service I went in 2/17/16 for an oil change. I reported a problem regarding noise coming from the front end while driving. The mechanic test rode the car and I went in 2/17/16 for an oil change. I reported a problem regarding noise coming from the front end while driving. The mechanic test rode the car and couldn't find anything. The service writer also stated that I can drive the car along with the mechanic to listen for the noise I was complaining about. Couldn't hear it (perfect!) Only when I got home I heard it again. Guess I'll be going back only this time I know how to drive it. But it was nice to see the mechanic taking time from his day to address my concern.......... Never had that before! They also did a quick wash of the car. Nice! :) More

Continuity.......responsibility of a service tech......this is new in my dealer service experience. The time Mr. Papa spent getting the papers together, and having a loaner car brought-up for me was spent in friendly, informative conversation. He is a definite asset to the World Jeep business. More
