Farris was also very helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure we understood each step of the process. Zak was equally professional and courteous, contributing to a smooth and respectful experience. They made the experience much less stressful and overall very positive. Although I do wish I had noticed that the gas was low at the time of purchase. I know when I bought my first car, a Honda Civic with them the tank was filled. This doesn’t take away from the great customer service we received though. Overall, I would still recommend working with Danielle and Farris for their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. More

Nice pricing on used vehicles, great selection, nice showroom. We bought and love our car at the price we paid. However, when I called, I was told there were no dealer extras on the car that could not b showroom. We bought and love our car at the price we paid. However, when I called, I was told there were no dealer extras on the car that could not be removed. I asked that question specifically, and was assured of transparent pricing. So imagine my surprise when we run the numbers and there’s a charge for a “ceramic” coating already on the car. They reduced the charge to “their cost.” I googled the product, and adding labor, they were still turning a profit on “their cost.” But with the reduced cost of the “ceramic” coating, and the value of my trade in, we made the deal work. Still, a shady practice, but not as bad as Victory owned dealerships. More
