Service manager was accomodating, but appeared to need more help for amount of cars in for service. I boooked an appt for express service (oil change, tire rotation and balance. I was there for 2 hours a more help for amount of cars in for service. I boooked an appt for express service (oil change, tire rotation and balance. I was there for 2 hours and 25 minutes . My expectation would have been around 1 hour to 1.15. Clearly was not an express service. An additional hour was definely not expected. Will definitely consider another dealership when booking my next service More

Colton was awesome and made the process enjoyable! The dealership as a whole could have done a better job of having things finished prior to the day of purchase. I was coming from out of state and was told it would be a quick exchange. Ended up being 5 1/2 hours and not the best experience. I wasn’t super impressed with Ford as a whole.
