Service manager was accomodating, but appeared to need more help for amount of cars in for service. I boooked an appt for express service (oil change, tire rotation and balance. I was there for 2 hours a more help for amount of cars in for service. I boooked an appt for express service (oil change, tire rotation and balance. I was there for 2 hours and 25 minutes . My expectation would have been around 1 hour to 1.15. Clearly was not an express service. An additional hour was definely not expected. Will definitely consider another dealership when booking my next service More
