Recently had Nate and his team work and repair my 2022 , 3500 Ram P/U I had tried for 18 months the at the dealer I purchased the truck from to have transmission repaired / replaced. In that time they trie 3500 Ram P/U I had tried for 18 months the at the dealer I purchased the truck from to have transmission repaired / replaced. In that time they tried to repair and made it worse , then replaced but did not hooked up transmissions lines , forgot dampener between engine and transmission , over under and over filled transmission with fluid , when with hours or getting truck back transmission would Not shift in 5 and 6 gears and slipped in 3 & 4 gears., when I brought it back they said fluid was low but not burnt and everything was fine, then proceeded to blame me for all Issues with second transmission and refused to continue to work on it and repair it correctly. I called junction and spoke with Nate and he said he would take a look and see what could be done . Working with ram corporate , Nate and his team confirmed transmission fluid was burnt , metal in pan, and gears not shifting correctly in 3,4,5 and 6 gears . Then worked with ram corporate, got and new transmission and installed , this all done in 3 weeks start to finish and returned to me in perfect working order, like new . Nate and his entire team were extremely helpful, very forth coming in information and updates and most important very proffesional . I Will take all my vehicle to Nate and his team in the future and will Recommend them when ever anyone asks the best place to have your vehicle worked on . Thank you very much for getting my Truck back to excellent running order so I can use it for what I bought it for, pulling and hauling as needed with all our trailers. Thank you again for Your great service !!!!. . More
