Everyone’s was very Courtious and Helpful. I would highly recommend Rountree Moore Ford to anyone. Great service staff. Writers, techs and mechanics were all very helpful and professional. Very smooth process! I was having starting problems with my car and decided to stop by the service department to see if they could diagnose my car's issue. Everyone there I was having starting problems with my car and decided to stop by the service department to see if they could diagnose my car's issue. Everyone there was super friendly and super attentive, letting me know that I would be helped immediately. Thanks to Danielle, I saved a LOT of money because my car's issue was actually the BATTERY, and she informed me that my warranty would cover the cost of replacing it!! I had almost purchased a battery at a parts place the night before which would have been $160 but since I wasn't convinced that it WAS a battery issue, I chose not to until I got an expert opinion from a reputable company. Naturally, I took my car to Rountree for that opinion, where I had purchased my car, and boy am I GLAD I did! More

The 5 stars go to Danielle Thomas. Danielle Thomas, service provider, has elevated the service of this dealership. She has brought back the hometown feel & service that has been missing Danielle Thomas, service provider, has elevated the service of this dealership. She has brought back the hometown feel & service that has been missing since non locals bought the place a few yrs ago. She is the reason we have comeback to that dealership for service. She needs a raise or promotion because she is bringing the locals back in & making that company money. Thanks Danielle! More

Excellent help from your service advisor. My 2016 Lincoln MKS was overdue for 30,000 mile service. I was tight on time, having to work around a medical appointment for my wife. I called in and explained the situation, and was advised to bring the car in, that the service advisor would do what was possible. I brought the car in after dropping my wife off at the doctor. The service advisor got the work done rather quickly and I was able to pick up my wife with only a minimal wait. The service advisor kept me informed, throughout, quickly got m e through the checkout procedure, and escorted me to my car very expeditiously. I really appreciate her help and considerate treatment. I am not certain of the name of the service advisor. More
