The service department is inept. They don't run on time, the are smart-mouthed when they get a complaint. After my truck sat at check-in for over an hour, when they finally took it back they only had it for the are smart-mouthed when they get a complaint. After my truck sat at check-in for over an hour, when they finally took it back they only had it for 20 minutes, not enough time to do the work. Then they lied about me refusing filter replacements. Told me they were too busy. Horrible place for service. Will be going to Live Oak from now on, they are still concerned about customer satisfaction. More
