The best thing you will receive from this service department is “the run around” instead of just being honest and explain that the Focus in cheaply built and “that’s the rattling sounds you hear” the department is “the run around” instead of just being honest and explain that the Focus in cheaply built and “that’s the rattling sounds you hear” they would rather you ride around and let you think you are gonna break down!
