Arrived at the Service Center, checked in and dropped off my keys and sat in the waiting area. I had scheduled the service via the FordPass App and in the comments section I requested a check of my diff flui my keys and sat in the waiting area. It wasn't mentioned during check-in and I figured I'd just wait and see if they checked it without being reminded. Sure enough, they did! Used my FordPass Rewards which covered my service.
