From the moment I got on the phone with Danielle Williams, my Phillips Auto Group of Bradley is the only place we will ever go again to buy a vehicle. From the moment I got on the phone with Danielle Williams, my mind was put at ease and I felt they were going to take care of us. We were scared because we have BAD credit, but Danielle assured me she would do everything in their power to get us approved. Upon arriving we were warmly greeted by Alex Abu. He had every vehicle we were interested in ready for us to test drive. He never once pressured us and was warm, and friendly and knowledgeable. My husband fell in love with a 2013 Honda Accord, and despite our bad credit, we were approved. Alex was there every step of the way assuring us it would all be ok and it was. Can't say enough good things about Alex. Danielle was also super nice, as was Jackie and Wayne. We were asked if we wanted coffee or water several times and were just treated with the utmost kindness. Couldn't be happier. After talking online with Danielle, she got me in touch with Josh Crawford, who was excellent to work with. When I came back to purchase the vehicle, I was introduced to Larry, who finalized all the paperwork, and had me on the road in less than an hour. Everyone at the dealership are very accessible, easy to reach, and easy to communicate with.
