Car was in shop for two weeks with no word from anyone so I figured I’d call and see what’s going on. After three calls and leaving messages I call 5 minutes to close and I get Dani on the phone. She seemed I figured I’d call and see what’s going on. After three calls and leaving messages I call 5 minutes to close and I get Dani on the phone. She seemed taken aback that no one had reached out to me to discuss what was going on with my car (mind you I had been in one of their rental cars for this timeframe) .. Dani looked into it and said she was going to give me a call back .. day after day I wait and finally ended up having to call her and demand wanting my car back and I will pay the diagnostic fee .. went there that day after 5 hours of letting them have that time to get my car ready when she said I can come after work & guess what I don’t get my car.. after wasting 30 mins she couldn’t even pull up the car cause she was not sure if the spark plugs were put back in or not. Ended up informing her if she can please figure out what wrong with my car and give me a call back with an estimate and I will make a decision and then she told me when I had asked about the rental car situation with paying that they would eat the charges cause of the miscommunication on their end.. after waiting days and days again and me leaving a voicemail right when they opened I receive a text of an estimate & I simply declined it all and went on my way to get my car that day.. oh & hours after leaving destination Kia of getting my car they send me a statement for the rental.. mind you I had the rental extra days because Dani promised me my car back and ended up having it for an extra 5 days !! This place is a joke and no one is even contacting me back to discuss the situation .. the fact I even have to go back to deal with my lease car that I am in is honestly already giving me a anxiety attack because no one knows how to communicate within the dealership!! More

We live about an hour and a half from your dealership. We brought our daughter's Kia soul in for service, which included a recall brake line replacement. We reluctantly were ready to wait all day. Dani found out that the car wouldn’t be ready by the end of the day so she found us in the lobby and offered us a rental car. We didn’t even have to ask! She exhibited kindness, professionalism and generosity in spirit. Dani is a spectacular representation of your dealership, truly. More

My car broke down in August. KIA said they couldn't get me an appointment til Sept. 4th almost a month later. After towing my car in the day before. Daniqua Farmer is supposed to call me and let me know updates on the service that needs to be done. My appointment was at 7:30am. I called left a message and haven't heard from anyone. It Is now 5:45pm. I am so frustrated and disappointed with this whole situation. I want to have my car towed to another service station. I've missed several doctors appointments and have cancelled even more. This is unexceptionable. More

Today I waited 3 hours for an inspection. I understand they are busy but really!! And of course there’s always something your car needs it’s never everything is good today. I had an appointment at 1:00 and left at 4:00 for an hour n ahalf appointment . Did everyone there have an appointment for 1:00? It’s ridiculous!! More

Wrote a letter to the owners of Destination Kia about the terrible experience I had in the beginning of the month, and have yet to even hear back from them. Again, I went for a routine oil change, and ended terrible experience I had in the beginning of the month, and have yet to even hear back from them. Again, I went for a routine oil change, and ended up getting all brakes done per their recommendation... ended up with a massive headache because the tech who worked on my car failed to tighten what was needed for the brakes. I wouldn't even be surprised if he is still working for them, as it seems literally nobody cares at all at this shop. I had such an awful experience that I wanted to take the time to write another 1 star review. Someone needs to wake up. Go anywhere else to get your car serviced, this place is the pit of misery. More

If I could leave zero stars I would. This happened on Monday, June 30th, 2025. Went for an oil change, they recommended brakes, so I went for a full brake job. Picked up the car and This happened on Monday, June 30th, 2025. Went for an oil change, they recommended brakes, so I went for a full brake job. Picked up the car and 15 minutes down the road I hear knocking in the back and have the feeling of no brake fluid. Fortunately, I was able to avoid an accident and find a safe place to park. I find that my rear left wheel is covered in brake fluid, and the caliper wasn’t even attached. The piston came completely out. I then call Kia to explain the situation and the two questions from the woman on the phone were how far away are you from the dealership, and do you think you could drive back. Seriously? After an hour dealing with the tow truck, upon arriving to Kia not one person from management expressed any resemblance of care. We asked to see my car up on the lift and to speak with the mechanic who worked on the car. He simply forgot to screw whatever was needed back on. I asked if they test drove it, and the answer was a 7 mile test drive.. however my in and out mileage on the paperwork was a difference of 1, so that was a lie. I even game him a second chance and he lied again. We were told that they had to order the part and would overnight it if possible, and that Wednesday I should be able to pick it up. I was called around 3pm on Wednesday to be told that they just started working on it, and when I requested an order history of the part they completely ignored it. This place is the most untrustworthy dealership in the area and should be ashamed for the “5 star” service they preach. Literally will never go back or recommend this place to anyone I know. More
