Took a lot longer to service my car than it should have. Loaner car was filthy and had tons of animal hair in the back. Services are also WAY over priced. this dealership gave me the worst car purchase loan I have ever had: over $30,000 for a 3 year old car that I had been leasing; that they valued at under $17,000 with an interest rate over 8% when month have ever had: over $30,000 for a 3 year old car that I had been leasing; that they valued at under $17,000 with an interest rate over 8% when months later interest rates on car loans in Florida were approaching 7%. My FICO score has been well over 800 for a very long time. My cousins purchased a new higher priced Mazda at your dealership and we’re both paying over $500 per month. My biggest regret is that I didn’t just run out my lease for which I was paying just over $300 per month. Stupid me for not realizing what a big mistake I was making. On the service: I told them that my front passenger side tire kept leaking. The service order was written up for rear passenger side tire. After waiting for hours I wandered over to see my car with rear passenger side tire removed. That’s when I pointed out the error. Strange when as soon as you start the car the screen clearly indicates which tire is the problem. I could go on but I would really like an appointment with someone who is in charge of your dealership. More

Last time I paid 50$ , oil change, even wash my car, 1 hour. Sticker about next time change . This time over 80$ no sticker no wash more than 1 hour.
