Sadly Denise did not look where I directed her for the spline to change the flat tire. I directed her to the tire jack kit on passenger floor well; she unlocked and went into back storage box and searche spline to change the flat tire. I directed her to the tire jack kit on passenger floor well; she unlocked and went into back storage box and searched through all tools. I was told 1.25 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Because of her not following directions I ended up waiting 3.5 hours and left without tires rotated. Additional miscommunication from ‘service manager’ added to my disappointment. And, my first oil change/tire rotation took 4 hours as well because ‘they forgot to start’ then went to lunch. Then I was promised a discount on future services, which never materialized. Finally I inquired about upgrades for headlights. That was to be researched and I was to receive a call with options. That too never happened. Sadly I think I must find another dealer to work with. More

The dealer is ok I was sold a vehicle with bald tires on the inside but they claim my tires was good also they do not have the proper equipment for certain cars so I have to go to another dealer to get cert the inside but they claim my tires was good also they do not have the proper equipment for certain cars so I have to go to another dealer to get certain repairs in which that’s a inconvenience but all the manager wants to do is throw in a free oil change in which it does not compare to buying tires for a vehicle I only had for three months More

The service was good. Got 1st oil change and tire rotation. I decided to go here instead of the selling dealer because they were closer.
