great service I need my tire to be changed. I saw the warning sign and called the service on the same day I saw the alert. I was willing to wait long time. The serv I need my tire to be changed. I saw the warning sign and called the service on the same day I saw the alert. I was willing to wait long time. The service man was very nice to say hi and keep updating me the waiting time. It took 3 to 4 hours wainting in the service area. Anyone could be very frustrated of waiting but the service man is kind enough that I cant complain. More

Awful This was my first visit to the service center as this is my first Lexus and I had a very unpleasant experience It is very unclear where you are sup This was my first visit to the service center as this is my first Lexus and I had a very unpleasant experience It is very unclear where you are supposed to leave your car and when they make the appointment they do not explain where to go. My appointment was at 9:30 and I had told them ahead of time on the phone when booking my appointment that I needed a shuttle to get to work. I waited over an hour for them to even enter my car In the system and then they proceeded to asked me if I was waiting for it when I specifically mentioned I needed a shuttle to get to work. It did not seem as if there was any sense of urgency to get my issue resolved and to get me to work on time. There was a gentleman named David (I think) who was the only person who tried to help once we figured out the situation and also Damien Unther (sp?) who got me to and from work. Also the “car wash” was horrible, my windshield was dirtier than when I came in More
