Very disappointed When I first got there asked how long it would take for the serive, he said an hour to 1 1/2 hr. I had problem connecting to Bluetooth with my phone s When I first got there asked how long it would take for the serive, he said an hour to 1 1/2 hr. I had problem connecting to Bluetooth with my phone so I mentioned him also and he said he will call the technician at the end of service to check . I saw people who came for the service later than I did were leaving but I was waiting in the room for almost 2hrs. I got to the office by 10:40 and the time I went to the desk to ask what is going was at 12:37. The desk person then saw my paper left on the side don’t know when it was done but was just sitting there. I was very upset since I had to wait and had to cancel my later schedule. Then the desk person called him and first thing he came out and say was my car is almost done but not apologizing even I knew what was going on. Usually they should call me to tell me if the service is done by phone if they couldn’t find me in the room which was impossible because I was in the room whole time. But even that happened, I didn’t get any phone call or msg from them. I has to metioned him again about my Bluetooth problem and he acted like he is all handling it but from then I had to wait over 20mins to see the technician which tells he forgot to take care of that neither. I am very upsept and I usually don’t leave review but I had to this time . The service advisor name is Maurice Gargano More
