It's easy to get appointments, the work is done right the first time, and I'm kept informed on what is happening with my car. The waiting area is clean and spacious and I'm glad they kept the coffee machine first time, and I'm kept informed on what is happening with my car. I appreciate the level of customer service at Freedom Honda. They wanted my time there to work out well. Over the years Freedom Honda has provided consistently superior service. I've purchased new cars and have them serviced there for years. I've never been disappointed. Their service representatives (mine is Danny) are knowledgeable, empowered, efficient, and friendly. I've never had reason to doubt any diagnosis or charge.
