Mark Torelli was very cordial and helpful. He presented several vehicles that met our criteria and seemed to act as our advocate while negotiating the final price for our purchase. We did not spend time endlessly time negotiating back and forth with the management. They made an initial offer, we countered and the deal was done. The business managers provided a great deal of help in selecting a finance plan for our car purchase. We were not bombarded with up sales, extended warranties and the like. Overall I would give this dealership and the personnel we worked with high marks for friendliness and customer service and would recommend this dealership to others. More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Pete Moore in the last 10 years. As some of the faces have changed the service given by the team never has. I have been privileged to have received exce Moore in the last 10 years. As some of the faces have changed the service given by the team never has. I have been privileged to have received excellent customer service from every member of the team that I have made contact with. The staff from the moment I stepped foot on the lot greeted my wife and myself with a smile and a cheerful disposition. Mark Torelli was an absolute pleasure to work with and I thank him for making my car buying experience an absolute pleasure. We could not find a car that we wanted in our price range when we originally came to the dealership but Mark kept in contact with me through texts and when we found one he thought met my list of wants and needs he called us up and the next day we had purchased a vehicle. Our negotiation was easy nothing short of easy. We got a quality car at a fair price and even though it was bought AS IS the sunroof went out on our final test drive and they fixed it at their cost because we had already agreed on a price. That is going above and beyond what had to be done to make sure the customer was taken care of and for that reason when our daughter turns 16 in 3 years the first place I will come to look at cars will be Pete Moore. I can only hope that Mark Torelli is still a member of your quality team at that point. More

My parents have bought 2 cars from Mark at Pete Moore VW before, and I can see why my mother took me there first. It was not Marks fault that I did not get exactly what I wanted in a car, but he found me a car that was almost there and was actually within my price range! To my knowledge, Mark was presented with an opprotunity when the previous owner brought in his car. I was the first person Mark thought of when he saw this car, he knew that it would be a great deal for me as well as it had many characteristics in a car that I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back in a few years to get another car. More

I have done business with Pete Moore twice, they are all you could ask for in a dealership. I can not say enough for the service department going the extra mile for us when we purchased a problematic van fr you could ask for in a dealership. An overall excellent experience. The only real issue I had was the distance I had to travel, but dealing with a number of former military (or military affiliated) persons with assistance and professionali had was the distance I had to travel, but dealing with a number of former military (or military affiliated) persons with assistance and professionalism of this caliber it was well worth the hike. Mark worked with me on even the most minute problems/ details and is extending the assistance beyond the sale. As for the 4/5 stars on pricing, I don't think anyone is ever comfortable finalizing, but again I was able to work painlessly with Mark and Danny to find a figure that worked for both parties. Aaron handled the final portion of the sale professionally and had an extensive knowledge of the whole process and was very helpful throughout. More

Our 2001 beetle left us strandedon a Saturday. We had it towed to the dealership for repairs. The service manager and service writer waited after hours for us and called ans secured us a rental until our ca towed to the dealership for repairs. It was found that the repairs would cost more than the car was worth. We were in a tight spot. Bruce, Jeff, and Danny made a very difficult situation a good deal for us by using the fantastic sales programs offered by Volkswagen. I would definitely buy another car from Bruce and Pete Moore and would recommend to others to do the same. More

The mark of satisfaction is simple... would your do it again. The answer is yes. After having service problems with my car I went home and started looking online at Pete Moore to see if anything caught my again. The answer is yes. After having service problems with my car I went home and started looking online at Pete Moore to see if anything caught my eye to replace my car. I saw a Chevy Colorado for sale. It was 7:50 when I pulled in and saw the truck sitting there. Even though it was closing time and Mark and Dan were about to leave they stay to assist me. Mark got the key and showed me the truck. We then set a time the next morning to test the truck out and discuss my car trade. Mark is not your idea of a car "sales"man because not the first time did he try to sale me. What he was....He was the perfect Host and Representative of Pete Moore. During the purchase Dan made every effort to balance making Pete Moore a profit while giving the best deal. Dan did a great job. I actually felt I was being help. Mark introduced me to Aaron in finance, which took all of about 3 minutes to be approved. Aaron also got me a full cover 4 yr warranty. Mark then took me on a tour and introduced me to service dept. and showed me how things flow when I bring my truck in for maintainace. Mark had my truck detailed while we finalized the paper work. Mark , Dan , and Aaron worked as a team and I never felt any pressure to go through with the sale. Would I do this again with Pete Moores Team the next time I need another car..... Yes I would.
