Our 2001 beetle left us strandedon a Saturday. We had it towed to the dealership for repairs. The service manager and service writer waited after hours for us and called ans secured us a rental until our ca towed to the dealership for repairs. It was found that the repairs would cost more than the car was worth. We were in a tight spot. Bruce, Jeff, and Danny made a very difficult situation a good deal for us by using the fantastic sales programs offered by Volkswagen. I would definitely buy another car from Bruce and Pete Moore and would recommend to others to do the same. More

The mark of satisfaction is simple... would your do it again. The answer is yes. After having service problems with my car I went home and started looking online at Pete Moore to see if anything caught my again. The answer is yes. It was 7:50 when I pulled in and saw the truck sitting there. Even though it was closing time and Mark and Dan were about to leave they stay to assist me. Mark got the key and showed me the truck. We then set a time the next morning to test the truck out and discuss my car trade. Mark is not your idea of a car "sales"man because not the first time did he try to sale me. What he was....He was the perfect Host and Representative of Pete Moore. During the purchase Dan made every effort to balance making Pete Moore a profit while giving the best deal. Dan did a great job. I actually felt I was being help. Mark introduced me to Aaron in finance, which took all of about 3 minutes to be approved. Aaron also got me a full cover 4 yr warranty. Mark then took me on a tour and introduced me to service dept. and showed me how things flow when I bring my truck in for maintainace. Mark had my truck detailed while we finalized the paper work. Mark , Dan , and Aaron worked as a team and I never felt any pressure to go through with the sale. Would I do this again with Pete Moores Team the next time I need another car..... Yes I would. We came to Pete Moore to see a few used cars they had on the lot. Scott Kleiner was our salesman and we enjoyed him every much. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and he tried his best the lot. Scott Kleiner was our salesman and we enjoyed him every much. After finding a car he spoke to Danny Freeman the used car manager and he seemed annoyed by our request and continued to show us cars we were NOT interested in. It seemed Danny was unwilling to help us get into a car that day. Scott was very persistant to help us with what we wanted so he started to work with Jeff Korel. After working some numbers on a used car Jeff approached us and told us some information we did not know about payments and interest with old and new cars and some programs that were going on. Needless to say Scott and Jeff got us into a NEW Jetta which we left with that day. So thumbs up to Scott for listening to us and Jeff looking out for our best interest and thumbs down to Danny for being annoyed with us!! Over all my experience turned out to be great and I LOVE my new car!! More

After going to several dealerships and having some less than steller experiences, in which the original dealership sold the car I was supposed to pick up, I finally wound up at Pete Moore. There was a minimal amount of time wasted during the process, which was one of the most important things about the process for me. More

I purchased a new vehicle from Pete Moore VW earlier in the year, and decided to trade in for economic reasons, I picked out a used truck, and was happy with the deal and vehicle, but upon driving it for a the year, and decided to trade in for economic reasons, I picked out a used truck, and was happy with the deal and vehicle, but upon driving it for a couple days, i realized I was not happy with certain characteristics about the vehicle, and contacted the dealership with my concerns. The vehicle had a buy back gurantee through carfax, so I was not worried, but that was never mentioned, the dealership team was very understanding, and just said find another vehicle you like. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, went out of their way to be helpful, and very professional with all the extra trouble and work I put them through. All I can say is thanks for the hard work, and job well done. I will see you in the future. More
