Very pleasant experience I purchased a 2003 Jeep Wrangler from Pete Moore and the service was fantastic. After we selected our vehicle the staff was very quick in completing I purchased a 2003 Jeep Wrangler from Pete Moore and the service was fantastic. After we selected our vehicle the staff was very quick in completing the paperwork and registration and we were on our way to enjoying our new Jeep. The air conditioning quit working the next day and the manager Dan Freeman had the repair done for us that day and we were back on the road. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quick response to this problem and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and I will definitely go to them first for my future vehicle needs. More

Worth the Drive to New Warrington Road This makes my 2nd purchase from Pete Moore. The means a lot because when you return it is because you felt you were treated with respect and given a g This makes my 2nd purchase from Pete Moore. The means a lot because when you return it is because you felt you were treated with respect and given a good price for your car. My first purchase was a VW EOS, Pete Moore's staff 1st ensured that they were beating competitive prices, then when it came down to car choice, they then went to their contacts and found the exact trim package and color we wanted. It was amazing actually since we thought we were going to have to drive to Mississippi to get a the car we wanted. My second experience came when we traded a car in. Our EOS had been in an accident and repaired at Pete Moore. The repair was flawless and never required a return visit. When it came time to trade the vehicle, Pete Moore's Sales Manager Dan again was more than fair ensuring we got the maximum trade in and the best price on the car we were purchasing. Bottom line, we could not get a better deal anywhere and bought our second car from them. With regard to service, we purchased the Pete Moore extended warranty. When we had oil changes and what amounted to be very few service visits -- we were taken care of immediately, our car was serviced expeditiously and we were back on the road. When our car had to stay, we were given a great car to drive. In summary, I would recommend either of Pete Moore's dealerships, service and body shop. It is a first class operation. More

Did the best they could. We came to Pete Moore thinking we would get a better deal on our 2013 Passat TDI. We were loving our Diesel performance but were uncomfortable with t We came to Pete Moore thinking we would get a better deal on our 2013 Passat TDI. We were loving our Diesel performance but were uncomfortable with the whole emissions debacle. We had done our homework on what we believed would be a fair trade in price. Our salesman, Mark Torelli was the utmost professional and bent over backwards to find us a car my wife was comfortable with. Then it came time to "Deal" for our best price. The reason we are giving just four stars as opposed to five has to do with this part of the experience. We quickly found that the dealership wasn't poised to make good on the Passat Diesel they sold us two years ago. In fact, the Used Car Manager not only offered a low, almost insulting trade in value, he did it in a very abrasive and disrespectful manor. When confronted with his unacceptable behavior, he finally came back with a value that was more palatable in a more professional and reasonable demeanor. Total Professionals Looked for Volkswagen CC for 4 months, not able to find the right one. Mr. Dan Freeman mentioned he could possibly find what I was looking for. Now only 10 days later I have the perfect car in my driveway, at an incredible price. The price on my CC was less than I thought I would have to pay, but they also took very good care of me with my trade in. I was greeted at the door by Mark Torelli who immediately made me feel at home. He grabbed me a cup of coffee as we sat to talk about the cars I was interested in and I immediately felt at ease. Having been shopping for cars for a couple months now, I had seen all the tactics, but Mark was different. A very honest and straightforward salesmen, we went for a test drive and he showed me every feature the car. While he was showing me the features of the vehicle it felt more like an excited family member showing you their new car, not a salesmen trying to push something on you. After the test drive I expressed an interest in crunching numbers, he was able to work with the Used Car Manager, Dan Freeman, to get me a very fair price for my trade and I decided to go forward with the purchase. From start to finish, this was the smoothest, most comfortable car purchase I've ever been involved in. There was no writing of numbers, visiting the manager, coming back with other numbers and options. We agreed upon a fair price for the vehicle, not a monthly payment and went from there. Above and beyond expectations! We were looking for a very specific model and trim level in a used car. These guys were the only dealership to even call us back after they said they would keep looking for us (no one in the area had our car). They were VERY friendly and didn't try to sell us on whatever they had on the lot (we were very specific in what we wanted). When the car arrived, they were very careful to ensure it was in perfect condition and ready to go. They were straightforward and pleasant to deal with the entire time. I feel like we got a great deal on a hard to find car and would not hesitate to go back there or recommend them to anyone. Thanks Mark! More

Our salesman , Kyle, was calm, easy-going, and relaxed. He never tried to push anything on us, and simply let us make our own decision. When it came time to negotiate prices, the Used Car Manager laid out all the extra charges, and gave us a deep discount from the start. We couldn't have been more pleased. All of the staff was courteous and friendly, and made the entire experience pleasant. We drove away with a great car, at a great price, and peace of mind that we did the right thing. More
