Amanda in service was great, I pulled right in no waiting and service went right to work taking care of my 392 Shaker!!! Waiting area is nice, make your own coffee to your liking. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that I had set up a future appointment but had to get the car in sooner and decided to go as a walk-in.
