a quick review of my experience I called to get a used car. i found a used car. I asked if I could take home used car for 1 day, they would not let me, policy rules. I bought the car I called to get a used car. i found a used car. I asked if I could take home used car for 1 day, they would not let me, policy rules. I bought the car drove it home and the engine started knocking, next day i brought it back and the service people said it was not knocking ( this was before they cashed my check). a week later or so I brought car back due to computer system failing. the service guys said yes the engine is knocking. the car had issues when i bought it obviously and they were test driving it with NO oil in it. they fixed the breaks and put coolant in it. they gave me a a car to drive said i could not drive it on hwy 99. next service day they gave me another car to drive said i could use hwy 99, these people are all crazy, i don't know whats right or wrong. im so confused, this is the first car i bought through a dealer in 17 years hmmm wounder why i like to buy from individuals. Now i am stuck with this beautiful car with problems. I think i will never go to a dealer again. More
