I give the staff of Westside Lexus 5 stars given how easy to work with them and how responsive they were to my questions, especially Danny Garza the salesman. He even recommended I get a third-party review because I was coming from out of town (which I did do) and that has never happened to me before. However, the AC in the car went out before I had even gotten home to Florida. Checking the system showed extremely high pressure on the low-pressure side of the system and I needed a new compressor which cost me just short of $3,000 to repair. I bought the car with no warranty and the third-party inspection did not uncover no issues nor is it likely anyone's fault, but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth. More

Well, when I get to pay to make the sale and get into someone’s office I’m not sure if it was a manager or what but he threw his glasses down a couple times huffed and puffed left the office while I was on the phone with my bank. I had the temporary’s car info but not the correct expiration date. The managers need to be trained on how to use all the devices bc I asked Danny after all the drama and he said he probably just didn’t know how to do it …… More
