Excellent personable service In addition to having the 6-month service performed, Terry Pruett was very helpful in answering several questions about the car as I am still learning In addition to having the 6-month service performed, Terry Pruett was very helpful in answering several questions about the car as I am still learning about it.. For example, I told him that I expected an interior light would come on when I opened the car door when it was dark. He figured out why it was not coming on and adjusted the setting. If I have further questions about the car, I would feel comfortable calling Mr. Pruett or stopping by the dealership. Since the car wash wasn't functioning, he gave me a coupon to have it washed at another time. He went over all of the services performed and the status of my car for each thing checked. More

Didn't like the coffee Ok let's start, I hate dealerships and salesmen as much as I hate an army recruiter but, they are necessary I guess! I did all my research on line, go Ok let's start, I hate dealerships and salesmen as much as I hate an army recruiter but, they are necessary I guess! I did all my research on line, got what I wanted and contacted Mr. Danny Gingerich. I told him I wasn't into the nonsense that alot of dealerships put on to a customer, he agreed. I was assured my deal was on paper after a few emails, and my wife and I went up on a Saturday. In 2 hours we were out the door, my wife driving her new Tacoma. Love the truck, loved the service I received, my wife loved the popcorn and slurpie, but, I didn't care for the coffee. Come to find out, the finance guy was even from my home state of Almost Heaven! If you want a no hassle deal, few laughs and a great slurpie, check these guys out, but, I don't recommend the coffee. 😁 More

Service is good, Entune, not I have no complaints with the service. Timel, courteous and professional. I had a bit of difficulty getting the person who was doing the schedule to u I have no complaints with the service. Timel, courteous and professional. I had a bit of difficulty getting the person who was doing the schedule to understand my needs but on the day of, spot on. The Entune system however, needs to be gotten rid of. On software update 1011 and still doesn’t work. I spent a lot of money on a new car and could have bought one with a proven system. Cmon Toyota!!! More
