"Very good service, reasonabley priced."

Practically all of our service work here has been scheduled maintenance & they have always done good work at reasonable prices. They have always asked first about performing anything additional and have explained their reasoning. Have had no problems scheduling appointments.

I would like to personally thank Becky Lynch, Ryan Reynolds, and Ashley for making my lease experience very pleasant and endearing. From the time I turned in my prior lease to getting a new lease out the parking lot, they each have made sure I was happy and pleased with the arrangements. Even when I got back to Ohio, the awesome communications and interaction has not let up one bit! They treat my messages with the utmost importance and make sure my driving experience and motor vehicle requirements are taken care of promptly and without worries. Keep up the great work! I won't hesitate to travel the whole distance to their dealership from Ohio to Missouri when my next lease experience comes around. They are the best!

The service personnel were prompt, polite, and professional. The service needed was somewhat time-consuming. However, the time estimate was accurate. The customer lobby was comfortable and the amenities gracious. Work completed slightly ahead of estimate. Good job.

"Oil change"

It’s to expensive to get a oil change. It cost me $78.00 just for an oil change. I also had a $15.00 coupon. That is out rages. They are also very slow. I arrived early and it still took 2 hours. I have better stuff to do than sit and wait forever.

"oil change, tire rotation and entine restoration."

Made an appointment for service. Jacqueline Clark was the assistant service manager that greeted us. After three hours we were told the car was ready. We checked out drove the car down the parking lot and saw LOW ENGINE PRESURE LIGHT on. Took the car back to Jacqueline and she took it back to the service garage and they corrected the service light. Putting new oil in the vehicle does help! Jacqueline Clark worked thru part of her lunch to get all of this corrected and went that extra step to help out!!! If the car wash machine is going to out of service stop the coupons!
