I have spent most of my life here in the River Valley. After serving the military and a tour in Desert Storm, I returned to Russellville and finished my degree Arkansas Tech University. I did not plan to work in the car business, but came to work here at Phil Wright Autoplex right out of college and have enjoyed many years of working with the public, selling cars and making many friends. I love working with people and helping them pick-out the car of their dreams. Its always a pleasure to make new friends and earn new customers.

Great Service! Phil Wright has a terrific service department. The staff is friendly, thorough, and never does more without talking to the customer first. Excellent service with great feedback from the people that done the work on my truck. When I purchased the truck I asked if they would go through my lift and make sure with great feedback from the people that done the work on my truck. Eric handled the appointm In response to an alert I received, I called the service department and was told to bring in the vehicle at my convenience. Eric handled the appointment and they service department spent time and attention in making sure that everything was checked out and even conducted an extensive test drive before letting me know that nothing could be detected. I appreciated the concern that Danny Hipps extended to me for any inconvenience. The sales consultant,Damon, also visited with me and discussed the window tinting request I had made earlier. I feel that doing business locally provides individualized and personal and timely attention that may not be available if I had to go out of town for service. More

Improving on meeting service schedule Arrived the service department was not busy. Service tech took my keys and the truck was on the rack in 5-10 minutes. Serviced in 30-40 minutes. Fabulous overall experience from beginning to end! Phil Wright has been my go to for automobiles for over 20 years. My entire family uses Phil Wright along with most of my friends. I ventured out and Phil Wright has been my go to for automobiles for over 20 years. My entire family uses Phil Wright along with most of my friends. I ventured out and bought with a competitor on my last car 6 years ago. The service dept was awful! I definitely did not feel at home like I was used to at Phil Wright. After the initial year, I swore I would never trade anywhere else. This time was a little different due to my car being totaled in an accident. Danny Hipps immediately got me a loaner car and helped install my grandson's car seat. After driving several different models, and Danny answering many many questions....I decided on the Enclave Avenir. The "sales" process did not seem salesy at all. Finding me all the incentives I qualified for, I felt very comfortable with the price. Dealing with Phil Wright Autoplex is like dealing with family...why go anywhere else? I honestly could not say enough great things about Danny Hipps and the dealership overall. Top of the line! More
