It would be the first of what would turn out to be five months of car searching. I wanted to get a Ford Focus and so I compared shopped between Ford Dealerships. Koons was one of the ones I shopped at. I worked with Steve Arnold and while he was pleasent in helping me search for a car and test driving a car (hints why I gave him an average rating and not a poor one) When it came to talking numbers he became quite annoyed and wasn't pleasent and neither was his sales manager. I never got clear understanding of the numbers they put down on paper and he seemed to get annoyed when I questioned why the math didn't seem to add up. I The finance manager, Danny , I will say, was awesome and was the only excellent part of that experience but when Steve finally realized I was not going to get a car, he personally escorted me out the building like I was some common criminal-- had the sales manager given me another sales rep, I would have left that night with a new Focus but the Ford dealership falls in line with Koons Toyota and Chevy dealerships in Tysons where if you won't buy now and you question, you will get sales reps who give you total attitude. More

When I asked another associate (Danny) a question (regarding the layout of the building), he yelled at me, in front of my son, in the most inappropriate way. I told my husband to cancel the sale and asked to speak with his boss. I was extremely disappointed, with his boss, Tom's attitude. Overall, very disappointing experience. Fine with the car and the price, but one employee was very rude and others didn't care. More

I purchased my new Mustang today (20Sep14) and it was probably the best experience that I have had at a dealership and I've purchased more vehicles th I purchased my new Mustang today (20Sep14) and it was probably the best experience that I have had at a dealership and I've purchased more vehicles than the average person. Steve Arnold was a great salesman and treated me like family and made sure that I had everything that I needed. I don't think you could top his professionalism and understanding. Danny was my finance advisor and he put together a deal for me that I could handle, other dealers would have just sent me away without blinking and eye but he worked extra hard and got me into a range that I was comfortable with. I did all of my research online and through the process of elimination was left with Koons Ford and it really paid off because I am truly happy. Just to give an idea of the confidence that I had in this dealer before I visited, I drove three and half hours just to get to this dealership. I loved my experience at Koons Ford Sterling VA and plan to purchase there again in the future. More
