My sales person was completely arrogant and could careless if I had additional questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in at that time. The day I picked up the car my salesman didn't go over how the vehicle functioned internally, etc. The detailing of my vehicle was poor in the interior and could have been done better. Three months after purchasing my vehicle I took it to BMW of Bloomfield, NJ for service because of my location. They analyzed and checked and found issues with my vehicle including leakages, etc. In addition to paying cash for this vehicle I had to come out of pocket another $700 to get my vehicle fixed. After my experience with Circle BMW my mother purchased a Lexus GS350. The difference in customer service was obvious to me. More
