Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for recognizing Andrew for the level of service he provided during your purchase. We are pleased to hear that he made a positive impression and helped earn your trust throughout the sales process. We are sorry to hear about the frustration surrounding the navigation system data card. We have attempted to reach out to discuss this matter with you directly but have not been able to connect. Please give us a call and ask for our General Sales Manager so we can review the situation together and work toward a resolution. We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We look forward to speaking with you soon.

I have never felt so taken advantage of after a purchase. I was extremely disappointed with the management style of Ali. I hope his subordinates do not learn his horrendous and inexcusable traits of lying and double talk. As a seasoned global salesman its the eaiest way to lose a sell and not retain customers. At the end of this transaction both parties should feel content. We were headed in that direction until Ari made the decision to take this otherwise positive transaction and turn it into a negative one. Maybe he should take a refresher course on ethics and basic customer service in the Sales industry because what he showed me was very unprofessional. ITs my belief he is putting the dealership in harm"s way. He is jeopardizing their credibility, undermining the hard work of sales consultants and finance managers and if not put in check I foresee mounting litigation coming your way.
