Accidents happen; its how you make a wrong a right! Danny Morris did a great job and kept me informed through out the day when by truck would be done and ready for pick up. I was pleased with the work when I picked up my truck. When I got home I noticed, when you rotated my tires on my 2019 F350 dually. There was white paste around my rims. I wiped off the paste and noticed all of the rims had been scratched and also had pieces of the rims gone. I took it back and asked Danny to look at it. He had a manager (dont recall his name) look at them. He agreed with the damage and agreed to replace all of my rims. The reason I am still pleased with the work, is because a mistake was made by accident which happens. The remedy to fix the problem was handled and taken care of. More

Scheduled Recall and Oil Changed - Like clockwork Scheduled my recall and Oil Change online (phone Ford Pass app) with no problems. Was able to select what time I'd show up and was met at the service bay within 5 minutes. (busy check in time). Danny was friendly and informative. I was in and out in 90 minutes from arrival. Waiting area overlooks the maintenance bays and is comfortable. Could not get WiFi to connect... which was not a problem, as it is public. On a secondary note, not related to this visit, Danny could not locate the free oil change that I was given verbally when I had noted with the sales team last year that my navigation system was already out of date at the time of purchase last Spring. I will have to do followup on this item, as the service department does not own this piece. More
