First time buying a Ford Heard about Craig through a friend. Glad I went to Bill Utter. Pleasant experience and they did all they could to get us in the vehicle we wanted. Service was great as usual, except for one detail So far, I have had entirely positive experiences in regard to servicing my 2013 Ford Focus at Bill Utter Ford, and Danny Morris offered great customer So far, I have had entirely positive experiences in regard to servicing my 2013 Ford Focus at Bill Utter Ford, and Danny Morris offered great customer service, with which I was quite pleased. This time, I got a transmission module replaced (still under warranty), oil change, and a new battery. The only complaint I have is that I think I may have received a 26-point inspection instead of a 27-point inspection, because just a few days after having my car returned to me, my low tire pressure warning went off inside my car. I put air in my tires for free at a Quik Stop, so it wasn't a big deal, but I think that was supposed to happen while my car was at Bill Utter Ford. But hey, everybody slips up sometimes. I'm happy I haven't had any major problems with my car thus far, and I make sure to keep it well maintained. More
